I am currently sitting in my office on Main St. in Breckenridge. Checking the CDOT website I have discovered every pass in every direction around us is either closed or has strict chain requirements. A co-worker of mine has been in her car for over two hours trying to get from Keystone to Breckenridge. Every few moments the wind gusts so hard I can't see across the street. It is snowing sideways. Nasty for walking and driving, but tomorrow and the rest of the week should be great on the slopes. I'm looking forward to getting home, lighting a fire, making a hot toddy, and settling into the couch for Sunday Night Football.
