APEX takes care of everything from marketing your property*, managing rentals, caring for guests, to servicing the property. APEX offers a very competitive rental revenue share with owners. Our local Property Guardian oversees the property regularly.  

Shared Service

“We do everything you don’t want to do!”

APEX and the owners share responsibilities. We understand that certain owners want to share in the marketing, renting, and servicing of their property. We will draft a custom agreeement tailored to meet the owner's desired level of involvement in the different aspects of managing their property.

Caretaker Service

          “We make sure your investment is safe and sound!”

    Our Property Guardian looks after your property on a regular basis making sure all mechanical,                  snow removal, alarm, structural and landscaping systems are secure and running as need be.                             We will arrange cleaning and other services at the owner's request.
