This property is set beautifully in the pine forest on the Ten Mile Range on Ski Hill Road between Peak Eight and Peak Seven. It has a large new deck with a big hot tub and a wonderful view of the Breckenridge valley. The house has a spacious, open interior. The kitchen is fully furnished with lots of counter space. There are three bedrooms, two with king size beds, and a third with a queen size bed and queen sized hideaway bed. The loft has a fold out single bed. There are three full baths, one on each level of the house. The living room includes a new entertainment center with a 46 inch flat screen HDTV, Comcast cable and internet, a premium sound system, BlueRay DVD player, AppleTV, VCR, and a dock for your iPod. The system includes a wireless router with a signal booster which insures a full wireless connection anywhere in the house or out on the deck. Other features include a gas fireplace in the center of the living area, a laundry room, and an attached one car garage. The driveway has additional parking for at least three vehicles. The nearest Breckenridge chairlift access is Peak 8 two miles away. All day parking is available in town where the eight person Breck-Connect Gondola will carry you to the mountain. You are able to drop off skiers and snowboarders at Peak 8 area but cannot park all day. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE. VISIT OUR FAVORITE SKI RENTAL AND TUNE SHOP IN BRECKENRIDGE!
